Our rates are per person sharing for a daily Game Package.

Single room supplement $100

Children 0-4 years: complimentary if sharing with an adult.

Children 4-12 years 50% sharing with adult: Separate room 75%.

Children 13 and above: full adult rate.

The daily Game Package typically covers the following:

• Full board accommodation: three meals per day.
• Game viewing in a special safari prepared vehicles with an expert guide/driver with picnic lunch if a full-day game drive.
• Complimentary single sundowner, beer, soft drink, or a house wine.
• Daily laundry services
• Mara airfield transfers to camp.

Food and Accommodation includes:

• Full Board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• Bottled drinking water
• Tea and coffee
• Unlimited mineral drinking water
• High-speed Starlink WiFi at camp

• National Reserve and Community fees: Tembo Bush Camp $180 per day per person January to June, $280 per day per person July to December.
• Lemek Conservancy fees at Tembo Spirit Camp.
• Game drives and vehicle use for game drives.
• Transfers.
• Soft drinks, wines, beers and spirits.
• Tips and over the counter drinks.
• Bush breakfasts or bush dinner outside the camp.
• Hot air balloon safaris.
• International and domestic flights.

4. Hot air balloon excursion: The rates vary. Please make an enquiry.
5. Cultural Experiences: $35 direct to the Boma.
6. Additional camp breakfast $15

• Nairobi direct to Camp: $350 (4x4 vehicle)
• Airport Transfers $30 (One way) Does not refer to the game package as transfers are included.
• Vehicle Car Hire Within Mara: $350 Per Day

Single Rooms.

A Maximum of 3 single rooms will be provided per group based on the group size Any additional single room will be charged at a double room rate.

Booking.

• Booking Confirmation: A 50% Deposit is required to fully confirm the booking.
• Long-term booking (3 months in advance): Requires a 50% deposit.
• Bookings for July & August: Require a non-refundable 50% deposit, with balance payable 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation

• 60-31 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount.
• 30-16 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
• 15 - 1 day before arrival (including N0-SHOWS): 100% of the total booking amount.

Payment.

Unless an agent has a special arrangement, full payment must be made before final confirmation of the reservation.

Currency exchange rates.

If the exchange rates fluctuate, the management reserves the right to adjust the rates accordingly.
