Tembo Bush Camp

Located in the heart of the Mara National Reserve, close to concentrated wildlife movements, including the big cats and other predators, Tembo by Jackson Bush Camp occupies a quiet, shaded area in a forest zone regularly visited by elephants, giraffes, hippos and various plains game.

You will enjoy all year-round and seasonal game viewing in a genuine wilderness experience. Birding is excellent. It takes just a few minutes from the camp to reach the main sites of one of the major events in the animal kingdom: the famous annual wildebeest and zebra migration.

Tembo by Jackson Bush Camp is fully under canvas and committed to conservation and sustainability and environmental protection The camp is well spaced for privacy and consists of ten spacious and fully equipped tents, surrounded by beautiful vegetation.

All tents are equipped with a large private bathroom with hot and cold running water, and all have a viewing terrace. Electricity is provided 24 hours a day, thanks to our excellent solar panel installation. Wi Fi is available throughout the camp. All tents have a private safe, a mini fridge and a standing fan.

One tent has been designed to be accessible for reduced mobility for wheelchair users. Two tents are family suites, sleeping from 3 to 6 people. Each of the seven standard tents can be prepared with a king-size bed or twin beds, and it is also possible to add a single bed in each of these tents.

The lounge tent and the bar stand on a raised platform for views over the grass plains with the dining tent conveniently close by.
