Tembo Bush Camp, located inside the Maasai Mara National Reserve, offers an immersive safari experience in the heart of prime wildlife areas. Spirit of Tembo Lodge, located in Lemek Conservancy, provides a more private setting with exclusive game viewing and scenic landscapes.

Our team works closely with guests and travel partners to deliver seamless experiences, from reservations and itinerary planning to on-ground coordination. We emphasize attention to detail, fast communication, and personalized service at every stage.

Role Overview

You will handle all reservations and bookings. You will support office administration and guest coordination. You will ensure every booking is accurate, complete, and well executed.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations and Bookings

Manage booking inquiries through email, phone, and travel agents

Prepare accurate quotations and confirm availability

Process bookings and issue confirmations on time.

Handle hotel bookings for clients

Arrange and manage flight bookings

Prepare clear and detailed itineraries

Track payments, deposits, and balances

Guest Relations

Communicate with guests before arrival and during planning

Provide clear travel information and camp details

Handle guest requests and special arrangements

Maintain high service standards in all interactions

Administration

Maintain both system and manual filing of documents

Ensure all booking records are accurate and updated

Manage email communication professionally

Prepare booking reports and support office operations

Coordination

Work closely with camp operations team

Liaise with agents, partners, and service providers

Ensure all departments receive correct booking details

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in reservations or hospitality, preferably in a reputable tourism company

Strong background in guest relations

Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and spoken English and Swahili

A foreign language is an added advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a remote camp environment in Maasai Mara
